R510 Memory Upgrade Suggestion

I have a R510 with 16 GB (4x4 GB ) with single E5620 2.40 GHz CPU.  I want to upgrade the memory to 24 or 32 GB.

I would like to know the recommended memory module for this server which has all server memory specifications.
