Hi I have had a quick look on the internet but couldn't find a post with the same question, so I do apologise in advance if I am asking a question that has been addresed before.
Over the weekend i restored my Vista Dell Inspiron computer to original factory settings. As well as removing my documents and programs, I thought this reset would also remove any backups made on the recovery partition, but it didn't. Anyway, I would like to create a backup of the computer as it is now after the reset, and second backup after I have transaferred my documents. However because the computer was set to make automatic backups I have very little space left on the recovery partition and an annoying sign telling me my disk space is low keeps popping up. What I would like to know is how can I create a new backup by either overwriting or removing previous backups?
I would like advice on a simple way of how to do this. I once accidentlly created a partition on my Win7 laptop and it wouldn't boot up and it cost quite a bit to get that fixed so I don't want to mess around too much with creating/increasing partitions because I will most likely mess it up and create more problems.
Thanks
