I was getting a no POST on a Mini 1210. After getting the same result trying an external monitor I assumed it was the motherboard. I purchased another motherboard and installed it and surprisingly got identical results. After detaching and reattaching one by one the various connections onto the motherboard, it wound up being the HDD connection that was causing the no POST. (this is a 1.8" IDE HDD) So I ordered a new HDD for it. Surprisingly, I got the same results again. I then swapped out motherboards and tried it again. again no POST. Swap out HDDs, again no POST. Am I missing something?
