My sons laptop will not boot windows xp. It comes on with hit a key to start ans f2 twice for bios and f12 for.....With normal startup it gives me a page with safe mode(s), lasst config, or normal startup. Windows xp screen comes on , stops defaults back to the first screen, Ran diagnostic Dell software in cd/dvd player ....all systems relating to OS passed. What next?
