Wrong Phone Number for Sales?

Attempted to contact Dell Sales, but when I dial the number listed on the top of the premier page I get BestBuy in Clarksville TN!  Verified by calling from my cell phone and even had a colleague try.  Buy Online or Call 1-931-552-5207

So I then tried to reach the Premier Helpdesk using the number I got from the below Dell Link but got a fast busy.
