I ordered a "Nintendo Wii U Deluxe Set Game Console with Just Dance 4 and Madden NFL 13" weeks ago. However, I only got two games yesterday, there's no gaming console in the package. When I checked the shipping information of this shipment, I found the weight of the package is only 0.4lb (from UPS). So I think something wrong must happen when Dell shipped my order out.
I called customer service a lot of times, but every answer I got from every agent just sounded like I stole the gaming console!!! They told me this order was shipped and the order was complete, and they had nothing to do for me!!!
However, the fact is I was charged the full price (about $500) and I got nothing except two useless games!!!
I appreciate it if someone can help me figure out what is going on here. I'm also looking for ways to file complaints to the top of Dell.
