System Board Power Optimized Status Degraded

Hi there,

On my Dell T310, when I open Dell Open Server Administrator under Main System Chasis - Hardware Performance, the status says that  the "System Board Power Optimized is Degraded" and the cause is "Unknown Reason".

Can someone explain to me what is "system board power optimized" and why it is degraded? Is there something that I need to do to fixed this one?
