Another horrible experience ordering from Dell

There is nothing more to say then unbelievable. I ordered a lap top on the 30th of november and received a confirmation email. I was happy to took advantage of a discount from $200. The delivery date was yesterday. However, I was concerned because I didn't receive a tracking number. Today I called to the wonderful customer service and they told me that the do not accept international credit cards and they never processed my order. Why did I receive a confirmation mail then?? After 30 minutes waiting and 2 minutes of "friendly" conversation the man told me have to cancel the order then. Well, I asked if I would order again, if I will get the discount again because this special deal does not exist anymore. He said: "I dont think so." Then he said he will connect me with his colleague to cancel the current order. After half an hour in the waiting line I hung up. I lost my patience. I will never ever order a laptop from DELL!
