I need to get Dell Corporate Headquarters to make a decision concerning my XPS 9100. Their Tech Team folks have tried their best to solve a complex problem which has made the computer completely useless, and have twice requested that it be replaced. Tech Teams can no longer make that decision, but Dell HQ has ignored their requests.
Tech Team members can't complain to HQ; but as a customer, I can. However I don't know how to contact the headaquarters either by mail, email or phone, and I refuse to go on line and try to talk with someone in India about this!!!
Anybody happen to know how I can get through to someone at Dell Headquarters (think it's somewhere in Texas) with a customer complaint? Would be much obliged for that information!
