I was recently running an update for my graphics driver, and to check that the update installed correctly I looked at my system information and discovered my current processor clock speed didn't look right. my original spec sheet for my Alienware desktop states that my clock speed was set to 2507MHz.
- Spec sheet I recieved with computer purchase-Processor
- CPU_Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
- CPU_Manufacturer: GenuineIntel
- CPU_Caption: Intel64 Family 6 Model 26 Stepping 5
- CPU_Version:
- CPU_ProcessorId: BFEBFBFF000106A5
- CPU_CurrentClockSpeed: 2507MHz
- CPU_AddressWidth: 64Bits
- CPU_DataWidth: 64Bits
- CPU_SocketDesignation: CPU 1
Now under my system information in my Nvidia control panel it shows my current clock speed at 1300MHz,

My question is what is the current clock speed of my processer when my spec sheet says it should be 2507Mhz but a system infomation sheet says it's only at 1300Mhz?
And if my clock is at only 1300Mhz, how do I adjust it back to the 2507Mhz it was at when I first got my computer ?
