Alert Action: Can't do 2 actions ?

Hello,

Basicly we are receiving an email for every critical alert receive in OME (based on all group).

Recently we create a new rule to send a email to a new receiver, based on specific groups.

We discover that OME only send one email (the first rule) but never send the second email (second rule).

Is this product unable to do 2 actions on the same alert ?
