I have been serviced by remote desktop by a Dell employee who reinstalled all my drivers and all that good stuff only to have it continue to be problematic. The representative provided me his email to be in communication if the problem persisted and invited me to email him. I emailed him subsequent to the next crash, had no response. Sent an email again, and no response. This feels very similar to my computer, it is a helpless situation to get the support needed.
I was once an Alienware promoter, and think it might be time to change my affiliation to another brand that can offer a superior product without the price tag.
