Sylvan & I (Noel) have been DELL products user for as long as i have been working in our home/office. Last year we upgraded desktops & printers and early this year we have expanded and added more DELL laptops. On top of this we have always purchased all necessary or recommended technical supports and warranties Dell has to offer. We, i suppose could be considered by now a loyale clients & patrons of DELL. Last October 27,2012 Mr Sylvan (customer# <ADMIN NOTE: Customer number removed per privacy policy>) ordered a XPS 15 laptop (order# <ADMIN NOTE: Order number removed per privacy policy> for my personal use here at our home office & for having been working for him for 3yrs now & as a gift. However the laptop was only presented to me this December. My concern now is that it would be more efficient and critical for our use now to have the XPS 12 convertible i7, 8GB w/ 256GB SSD. We knew we are passed the 30day return policy in our case only exchange, so called & chat to ask & beg for reconsideration but to no avail. And here we are again writting you hoping someone higher up at DELL's corporate office may accomodate our request as a LOYALE CLIENT & USER of DELL Products.
