I know this is not a hardware issue but I am having trouble booting from a disk to format and reinstall another windows. I have windows 8 on and want to put on windows 7 but, whenever I hit F12 and select CD/DVD/DVD-R/DVD-RW it just boots into windows 8, I have changed the boot priority as well...
