Hi I downloaded Dell's own online storage a couple of months ago and since then I have had 3 blue screens, twice before I rebooted and was ok, but the 3rd time I cant do anything!
I have tried Repair Start up and to Restore to an earlier point but I am still getting the same message which I have attached.
I haven't downloaded any other programmes so its pointing towards this?
Any ideas?
DO I need to get Dell Technical Team to have a look?
