I want to restore my system to the way it was when I bought it. I have tried the whole F8 thing. However, after I select repair, my language, ect, it takes me to a restore tool list that does not have the option to do a factory restore. I do not have any restore points that are older than a few weeks ago so that is not an option. I dont have the disks that came with the computer and I dont have Dell DataSafe Backup. Is there a way I can restore my computer to factory conditions without the disks. Below is a picture of what I see when I look at the recovery options. I found this pic when looking at forums (unsolved) about this problem. Its exactly what mine looks like though. However, this persons OS was windows 7 on drive D. Mine says drive C.
