I bought an XPS 15Z 12 mar 2012
It is still under warranty
The fan has come on at full speed 2 days ago
and it is on all the time now at full speed
I have done a full diagnostic and there is no problems found
i have cleaned all the ports and done a BIOS update
still nothing
I called dell on the phone yesterday and was greeted with
a man who could not understand english very well
after about 15 mins of exchanging my info
he then patched me over to a woman
who proceeded to ask me the same questions and i
could not understand a word she was saying
it sounded like they were Indian with broken english
after about 30 min of much frustration i had to hang up
So i thought this is rediculous i`ll
have to email in the problem.....another nightmare
this website sends you round in circles
I find it eventually ...but now it tells me this product is not covered by email support
What the hell .....?
