I am confused as to the Dell Venue phone having two different versions, one for T-mobile and AT&T. Does this just mean that it comes with a certain SIM card, or is the actual hardware in the phone different? I got a Dell Venue, T-Mobile version, from someone, but wanted to use it on an AT&T network. If I get a AT&T SIM card can I still use the phone to get 3G? I don't want to just be locked to using 2G unless I go with T-Mobile, since the phone is the T-Mobile version.
