Does Dell XPS 8300 support 4TB hard drives

I have Dell XPS 8300 bought in December 2011.

It has two Seagate 500GB drives in Raid 0, DVD burner and a Blue Ray Burner.

I've read that it has space for a third hard drive and that's why I would like to replace the SATA port used by the DVD burner with a new 4TB hard drive probably by Hitachi.

So my big question is whether the BIOS, Motherboard, Windows 7 x64 will support it?

If not please let me know what is the biggest capacity that the computer will support.
