Drivers for Dell OPtilex 78O

Good day,

I am trying to install Server 2k8 on a Dell OPtilex 78O.

I require assistance to get the NIC, Pcie and VGA drivers as the drivers on the 78O drivers cd wont work on server 2k8 as they are for WIN 7, Vista and XP.

I did try installing these drivers but they didnt work as message drivers not for this OS message is seen.

Any assistance is welcomed.
