I have purchase recently a Dell laptop and am a I.T. professional myself, I have found that the Airplane mode is not shutting down the Wifi LED and is having some issues for Window 8 operating systems. Also there is no sychornisation for the brightness in with the display adaptor for Windows 8 O.S. Please have these issues addressed. When I tried to get thru' your technical support team it was very difficult and always asking for service tag numbers. I am approaching you for the solution not only for my laptops but for all using Windows 8. Please do reply back on the status of my enquiry thru your tech support immediately.
