XPS 15 L521 Still no fix ?

Having read about the Wi-Fi problems with this laptop from numerous sites its obvious that DELL are no closer to a Permanent solution than they were months ago.

Like many i have been bitterley disappointed with the response from DELL. 6  emails and 2 weeks later i eventually got a response that they would provide a wireless dongle to provide Wi-Fi capability for my €1500 euro Laptop as a "Temporary " solution.i replied that i would accept this only if it did affect my right to return this laptop if a permanent solution was not found.  NO reply was forthcoming !!

I will be strung along for 10 months waiting for a permanent solution only to be told that i have missed the returns window. as this laptop is only 3 weeks old and is CLEARLY NOT Fit for Purpose

I own 7 Dell machines personally and the company i work for has thousands . i have never had a serious problem with any of them but its the lack of SERIOUS response worries me more than the fault .  I am NOT new to I.T.

I have no intention of allowing a DELL contractor to start ripping this thing apart physically or over the phone  to attempt to solve a software problem for what is clearly a Design flaw and a Hardware issue spanning this and the previous versions of my XPS 15 and the XPS range.

therefore i have a couple of questions that perhaps DELL could respond to here when they would not respond to me directly (with full respect to those DELL people who provide invaluable assistance to people here on the site)

1) is DELL any closer to a permanent acceptable solution to this issue in the "SHORT" term.?

2) By my accepting of the WI-Fi dongle as a temporary solution be viewed by DELL as a resolution to the problem and affect my right to return this Laptop if the time extends beyond what DELL considers their "Returns window"?

Finally i have enjoyed every DELL i have ever owned and have recommended, purchased and supplied to many friends and family and i can only hope i was not wrong .

Direct contact from DELL to me would be VERY welcome
