Why are defective components being replaced with defective components? Who is asleep at the switch?
To DELL's credit the 2 service requests were handled expediently (5 business days door to door) though the service techs workmanship was incomplete on one occasion and sloppy on the other.
I wonder if my Easy Bake oven will heat to 385 degrees?
