After reading thru 15 pgs of posts, while wondering if the "Escalation Team" alleged callback is the solution for my beloved but lifeless corpse of a M5030 (it's 3rd mobo in 2 months died 3 weeks out of warranty), a question came to mind which seems quite obvious.

How many unsucessful repairs must be performed before someone in a position of authority takes note and affects positive change to a flawed process?

Why are defective components being replaced with defective components? Who is asleep at the switch?

To DELL's credit the 2 service requests were handled expediently (5 business days door to door) though the service techs workmanship was incomplete on one occasion and sloppy on the other.

I wonder if my Easy Bake oven will heat to 385 degrees?
