Repair Question

In August, my laptop screen stopped working and I had it replaced by Dell under warranty.  Since then my warranty has expired.  My laptop is now experiencing the same problem it had in August with the screen starting to flicker and only working properly when the screen is at certain angles.  However, I cannot contact Dell in any way without being charged at least $60 to "diagnose my problem."  I know that the problem is the screen and that it probably needs replaced again.  Does anyone know if the repair performed 5 months ago was under some sort of 6 month repair warranty?
