Recently my Harddrive crashed and I had to replace. So I did and had dell software support re-install all the drivers and applications. At this time (yesterday Jan-24-2012) CyberLink 9.6 was installed successfully. Now when trying to watch a Blu-Ray with Cyberlink 9.6, the region code selection pops up asking what region the blu-ray is from (A, B and C), the only issue is that it says I have 0 changes remaining. Now this was just installed on my new hard-drive for the first time, and it was directly downloaded from Dell's "My Dell Downloads" for the first time ever and I am getting this region code change. I have never changed the region code previously, because I only have movies from Region A. I click to on update, and there are no updates, patches, or fixes. So I am wondering what in the world is going on, could you help?
