I need windows 7 restore disk

Hi All

I have an Inspiron 15 running windows 7. I purchased it in June of 2011. In Nov of 2011 the hard drive was replaced under warranty. I now want to restore the computer to factory new condition but the partition with the restore information isn't on the replacement hard drive. How can I get a restore disk?
