Inspiron n5030 problem

Hi, I was using my n5030 at work yesterday, shut down & restarted several times, no problems. When I got home & tried to use it I got a blank blue screen. I've tried start up repair, bios, booting from a disk and USB all to no avail. The diagnostic has given me the error code 0f00:1332 & disk blocks 37274562, 37274690 & 37274818 before i gave up. When I was using the laptop I had the mouse & a USB connected but nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't connected to the Internet all day & the laptop performed with no issues at all the whole day. Help please?
