Worst Dell Service Experience

Hello,

I am using Studio 1555 laptop since October - 2009. I placed an order for the part replacement on 17th January 2013 and made the payment on the same day with service request ASAP. I got the call on 18th Jan from the onsite engineer that he is coming for the part replacement but he came with the one major part missing that was mother board and he said they will most probably receive the missing part on Monday. On Monday, I got the same call that on site technician is coming for part replacement and then also same reason that part is missing that is mother board. Since then I tried to call so many times and e-mail also for the part replacement and every time I am getting the same answers that we are working on it and we have sent the mail to concerned department. On Friday - 25th Jan, I got the call from dell that part has been already dispatched and technician will come for the part replacement. Since Friday noon, I haven’t got any call from on site team that they are coming for part replacement. My question is if part has been dispatched then why I haven't got any call for part replacement?

Today (29th Jan) is the 8th Business day since i have placed an order and still i am waiting to get the call from on site team .

Every one is just taking hands out by saying that we have sent an e-mail to concern team and they will look after this . What should i do now ?
