Warranty for an m4700 for personal use

Good evening,

I'm thinking of buying a Dell Precision m4700 for personal use. I'd most probably be buying it in the US, but will be flying back to Spain not long after purchasing it (I live there). I'd like to know how Dell's warranty works: if, while being in Spain, the laptop shows any problems, will I have to send it back to the US for fixing or can Dell Spain fix it, although the laptop wasn't purchased there? How long does the laptop's warranty last?
