Departments do not communicate within DELL!

I have been on the phone for over 4 hours to get credited for a $75 for a printer I returned 3 weeks ago.  I called the sales department who doesn't communicate with the billing department who should have credited me back to the eGift card I had  used with Dell.

At this point I am looking for anyone who will listen to share about what a poor experience I have had with Dell.  I hope others read this message and be ware: you may end up wasting much time with Dell.

Also, likely because Dell outsources its customer service to Mumbai or Sri Lanka (?), when my phone battery got low from sitting on the phone for so long, the representative had no way to call me back.

What an utter waste of time.  I would like any remedy possible, but I am afraid it will be a weak replacement for the time I have wasted.
