Dell Studio XPS 1645 on Unlimited bricking/freezing spree

intel 720qm
intel pm55 chipset
motherboard dell Y-something
4GB DDR3
ati mobility radeon 565v(4670 actually, r730 I think)
bcm 4313
no bluetooth
500 Seagate HDD @ 7200 rpm (changed it to a Samsung 830 128 GB from October)
other are similar to the 16 PC line.

This was bought in the end of November 2010 for 1250 Euros (~1650 $)

This expensive piece of "not good product", except from the huge heat issues,
the misleading generation of gpu,and the discoloring on the screen
due to the fact that the air outtake blows on the screen it got another
problem.

Since last September, I've been encountering some freezes. Those freezes were
very rare and I thought I should change the HDD because I was working on the laptop
for at least 10d/Day for those 2 years and it started getting bad sectors really fast
in the end. I didn't mind to change it for a SSD, the one I mention above.

In the last week of the November the warranty expired I think it was on the 28th.

During the last month I've been encountering freezes like pop-up ads in adult sites.
I am rebooting this this from the power button for over 20 times a day, since it gets
bricked every 10 mins.
Exceptions: it only got bricked/frozen before booting any OS 1 or 2 times. It almost never gets
bricked/frozen while 3d rendering in games.

Important: it is not a virus, it is not a driver issue, it is not any of those
false cliches other people have in mind. I am using win7/debian7 on a daily basis
and I get freezes everywhere and anywhere.
Battery ON? freezes
Battery OFF? freezes
power supply off? freezes
low cpu/gpu temperatures? freezes
high cpu/gpu temperatures? freezes

what did I do to fix it or find the source of the problem?
memtest86/+ from debian repository
memtest86/+ from memetest86 site, latest version booted from a stick.
dell diagnostic tools from bios(once it popped by itself after the laptop froze)
swap a few hdds with the ssd (including the old one)
all the system tests from windows, including search on the system log files for problems.

What did I suffer from this?
a couple formats(2 OSes installing in each one, include backing up files) until I realized
it was NOT a s/w problem.
an 1 hour ago win7 system break down, now I get blue screen during OS loading, because this
thing froze during a windows automatic system check.

the stupid question will be, what is the problem, like anyone can use his magic tool through
internet and fix it.

I am willing to have it fixed at dell service (and pay, of course), but before
I contact them, I thought I should drop you some lines.

(the original version was supposed to be written within the browser, instead I got 4-5 freezes, so I
loaded a linux kernel and wrote this in nano editor, where I got no problem so far)
