I've having trouble identyfing what I actually get with my warranty that came with a inspiron 15 3520 laptop that was given to me as a xmas gift.
I'm confused about the naming. Can you please give me a synopsis for each title?
The warranty status via the service tag tool lists three warranty "services".
LS - Premium Hardware and Software Support - I have this for three years.
Complete care - I have this for one year. Is this the same as accidental damage warranty?
Collect and Return - I have this for one year.
When I try to spec these options on dell.co.uk with the same laptop, no such options exists.
