15.6 inch LED Backlit Display with Anti Glare and FHD resolution (1920x1080)

Hi, I'm looking at this option. I want to know is this a genuine matt screen or it just has an anti glare coating ? what is the quality of the screen like...does the higher resolution give a better quality display.
