Hi.
When I try to start my XPS One 2710 (purchased in October), I get an error message - No Bootable Device etc.
I've tried fiddling with start-up order with no joy.
I've managed to get to the ePSA Preboot System Assessment and everything passes the quick first test but when I do the second lot of more thorough tests it stalls testing the Hard Drive 0-0-0 - it gets to 94% and that's it.
No error messages.
Everything else disconnected from the computer.
When it tries to do a start-up and flashes up the system information it displays two HDs - the first one has a 0 next to it and a green asterisk.
The configuration according to the ePSA for that drive is:
Hard Drive 0-0-0: OEM:ATA, product: ST2000DM001-9YN164, revision:CC4G, S/N: Z1E182RQ, type: SATA, size: 2TB
Not sure what to try next. Is the HD dead? If so is everything on it lost?
Not very pleased if so seeing as it's so new.
