18 days ago (Feb. 8) I ordered my computer and 10 days ago (Feb. 16) it arrived in the mail. My computer has this graphics card: 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660. Since I first booted up this computer the graphics card keeps crashing when I play games such as Star Wars: The Old Republic and even older games such as Total War Medieval II. Sometimes the graphics card will reboot itself instantly, other times I have to restart my computer because the whole thing has frozen. I'd really like to get this fixed seeing as the only game I can really even play is Checkers or Chess. What should I do? I don't even know how to open the chassis on my computer to get the thing out, let alone put in a brand new one. I am quite displeased with my service so far and for the amount of money I spent on my computer, I can say I am simply not in a good mood.
