Use youtube quite a lot - run an Inspiration 531 desktop tower. Never had a problem watching YT. Yesterday Oracle asked to download a pretty big application, Oracle has always been cool with me, I've always heard it was a useful application. But today every single YT video stalls after several seconds. If you pause and wait for the download line, that can take an eternity. Never ever had this issue before - is Oracle to blame please?
