Problems disabling PERC H310 Mini on a Power Edge R720xd

Hello,

I'm trying to disable the PERC H310 from my PowerEdge R720xd but when I do (by entering into the BIOS and disabling RAID) I cannot Access the hard drives on the front bays nor on the back.

What am I missing?

By the way I'm only doing this because Windows Server 2012 won't see my disks as cluster storage because they appear to the OS as RAID disks. It is my understanding that they need to aapear as SAS.
