X51 Problems - can't play games - can anyone help?

Hi.

 

As Dell seem to offer zero support on a Sunday, Im hoping someone can help me!!

I received my X51 (GTX 660) on Friday and have been unable to play any games on it!! Everytime I attempt to play something I get a terrible crackling interference sound, the video stutters and eventually the system crashes or I get a red screen and have to reboot. Im not overly technical so am limited to what I can do. I have downloaded the driver updates from Dell and ran several diagnostic tests - which all come out as a pass.

As Dell only offer phone support from 8-6PM during the week, the same hours that i work, Im going to struggle to be able to speak to someone while im in front of the PC.

Has anybody had the same problem and if so how did you resolve it?
