Alienware support NEEDS HELP

I sent my Alienware computer, that I spent around $2200 for, and it has been in the shop for almost 1 month already. Talk about the run around. I finally was able to get through to a "supervisor" and was told that since the video card was on back order that I would have to wait. Well, as you may know, home laptops are a precious commodity and to be without this tool for almost 5 weeks seemed totally unacceptable. I asked why I was not contacted and offered the option to upgrade to a comparable part that was in stock. She said she would look into it and call me back in the next 24 hours. Well guess what, no call.  So I called back again, for the 5th time, and was told that they did knot have an answer yet and were waiting to see if they could do that.  By now, of course, I am fuming.
Mr. Dell, I have purchased around 5 Dell computer systems over the years but will NEVER purchase another after this debacle. I know that you probably could care less over one dissatisfied customer but I thought you should know that they are running the business into the ground with this sort of nonsense.
