I have the "famous" intel n1000(i think it is not 1030) wifi card and I have constantly problems with wifi connection sitting in the same room as my router - i can't connect to network, slow connection or card is not present in system.
I readed a lot about the same problem and i decided to contact dell and get replacement or maybe intel n6230 - but here i have problem as well.
My laptop was bought last year(according to service tag is still under warranty) in Poland and i just can't log a call in Ireland(or even send an email to support) - where i live now and when i am trying to do that on dell.pl i am redirecting back to Irish site where i am getting a message to contact my local dell where the laptop was bought (Poland).
What can i do now - i want be able to send it to Poland - and is there a chance that dell Ireland(uk) could send me a new wifi card and i would send back the faulty one?
