M17X R3 WON'T run on battery.

I have an m17x r3 and it will  not do anything on the battery.

I ran the dell check on the battery and it checks good it is also 100% charged but just will  not work at all on the battery.

I was told to flash the bios and I did, no help,then I was told to see if it would run just on the ac I removed the battery and it works just fine on the ac.

ANY HELP?
