Sorry if I've posted this in too general a forum.
I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 running Vista Ultimate (6 years old and still working fine). I recently re-installed the O/S including re-formatting hd using the Dell utility. Trouble is Outlook is now asking for the product key. Although the sw has been reinstalled successfully from b/u, I have lost the original disk and don't know my product key any more.
Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
