delivery status

we have been faithful DELL customers for over 25 years, actually all over Europe and here in Malaysia. On March 11, 2013 I ordered a DELL INSPIRON 15R SPECIAL EDITION. Payment was cleared with a few hours, delivery was between 5 and 7 working days. I emailed, I placed telephone calls to inform DELL that due to  an emergency I will not be able to receive my DELL LAPTOP on March 22, 2013! I repeatedly made that statement.

Today after 3pm I placed a call to DELL with the one burning question...when!!! I have been called back 3 times, given different delivery dates like March 22, 2013, the day I'm not available! I was told maybe next week...!?

If/when DELL states clearly 5 to 7 working dates it should not take 2 weeks and fumbling with numerous telephone calls. DELL obviously has staff who have not got a clue what customer service is or who to address a customer...! I am very surprised and quite frankly upset this is no way to treat a valued - repeat - customer! It is now 5.31pm and I still don't know what is happening, quite frankly I would like to cancel the order, TOSHIBA has got goot laptops too!
