I tried talking to Dell, useless. I emailed alienwareupgrades@dell.com I never received a reply. I was also left on the phone for a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and no one did. Can you please check for me if the support plates are in stock and if I can buy 2 left side support plates off you? Oh also this item is I think 18$ per plate someone told me but when I spoke to the online chat they told me its showing up as 325$!
