Ok so I was just going to try and update my Dell for my kids since it has just been sitting in the closet sand this thing is like sooo slow you have no idea and then sometimes it says there is not enough memory to do some of the weirdest things it won't run automatic updates says I need to upgrade before it can. Put it in Safe Mode works wonderful thought I probably had a virus then but I've tried like everythinh I can find on trying to get them found and out of there and nothing will work. Is there anyway I could do a system restore back to factoey settings and see if that may help?
