When I tried to start up my laptop it had a mesasge that it was "configuring updates" but it was frozen so I shut it down. Now it will not start. I tried startup Repair but got message that it cannot repair the computer automatically, sent information about this problem several times but the computer still will not boot up. It just continues going back to Dell screen and I have tried F8 -- last good configuration , no luck there either. The below is the error.

Can someone please help me get into my computer. My dell support just ended in August! I don't want to lose all of my pictures, etc. Thanks so much.
