Help needed to unlock phone

Hello

I recently bought a Dell Venue Pro in the States and brought it back to Mexico,the problem is that the phone is locked to AT&T,I want to know if I can get the unlock code through Dell customer service or if I have to settle this with AT&T.

Any help would be appreciated,I´m eager to use my new device.
