Hi Michael Dell...

Its not about any complaint or request or something that you need to do for me.. Its all about business that your running in India for United States people,

Specially the techsupport which I joined as a technician for Dell, I had 4 years of experience as a computer tech, I have seen propably one lack customers how they really frustate about their computers when it wont work properly...I am happy to help them all...the problem is when it comes to the Customer prospective we have to give the proper resolution and guidence to them all...but here in your Dell service everyone looking for service charge and giving some useless softwares and getting hell lot of money...my intention is simple. even if we get the money we didnot support them properly, Its all integrity issue, most of the times customers are saying that they wont come for the dell again, and also they spred this news day by day, and I do using dell as a cx I cant say that dell is bad,but still due to this horrible tech supports those located in south india...you given the projects to some of them (third party companys) they just doing their business under the dell roof,

Please my honourable request is every feel that I got from the every customer...I know as technician I am blaming them still my customers are believing me because they just believe in Dell and Dell employee what he says...For example, a customer  which I handled the case, She is the 65 years old women and she has a problem with the computer that getting some popups when she is online...propably 2 hours call duration, intentionally she just said she cant pay money she is alone her husband left and her chidrens are away from her, even though I as your Dell policy we cant support them without warranty thats what i understood and convince her for all the warrantys and she paid 500$ probably including some fake softwares, you know I didnt even sleep two days...because I just blammed the one old lady because of my job, I just decided many times that I have to leave this job...still just hope that it will change oneday..

One morething give the less salarys we can work in Dell for happynes of the dell customers...Dont give the projects to the thirdparty services and dont loose the

customers... my last word is simple... your not my Boss Mr Michael Dell, I just have loyalty for my all customers..My customer is my first boss ever and forever,

Do not blame the customers by giving fake tech support and fake softwares...by your patner companys...one day there are no customers to listen you...
