Vostro 3550 doesn't recognize a 65w power supply but does recognize a 90w supply

is this still a motherboard issue?

or can i just replace the following part to fix this issue?

i flashed the bios to A11 - no better.

i tried the 65w adapter on another dell and it worked fine.

P.S. My system is only 8 days out of warranty but this started just as my warranty expired
