Dell Inspiron N5050 TouchPad not working...

I'm sick and tired of your crap Dell, i need a fix to this problem, i'm on Windows 8, and i need a fix, don't just tell me that i need to update, i tried, i have my work on this computer , when i plug the USB mouse, it works properly, but when i unplug my USB mouse, the cursor disappear completely, i need a fix and fast, please.


If you give me or tell me to update, i'll try but if it does not work, i will NEVER and i mean NEVER buy products from Dell again.
